These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between David Vallet ("the Seller") and any person ("the Customer") subscribing to LivebookPRO.
Prices are indicated in euros (€). The Seller benefits from the small business VAT exemption scheme, so no VAT is applied (art. 293 B du CGI). Any price change will be notified at least 30 days before the renewal date.
The subscription is taken out for a fixed term (monthly or annual) and renews automatically at expiry, unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. The Customer will be notified by email at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. The Seller retains no banking data — this is managed exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS standard). In the event of a payment failure, access may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.
Pursuant to art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, individual customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription. To exercise this right, contact tech@maestro.ovh. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days.
Exception (art. L.221-28 7° French Consumer Code): if the Customer expressly requests immediate performance of the Service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal at the time of subscription, this right no longer applies.
Customers acting in the course of their professional activity do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The Customer may cancel at any time from their personal account or via tech@maestro.ovh. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is made for periods already invoiced, except where the right of withdrawal is exercised.
The Service is provided "as is". The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid in the last 12 months. The Seller recommends regular data backups.
The Seller shall not be liable for any failure caused by a force majeure event (art. 1218 of the French Civil Code): natural disasters, widespread network outage, hosting incident, cyberattack, etc.
Consumer customers (B2C): jurisdiction of the courts at the Customer's place of residence, or mediation via the European ODR platform.
Business customers (B2B): exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Caen Court of Appeal. French law applies.
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the LivebookPRO application, accessible at maestro.ovh (hereinafter "the Service"). The Service is published by David Vallet, sole trader (hereinafter "the Publisher"). By accessing the Service, the User unreservedly accepts these ToS.
LivebookPRO is a web application for managing musical scores and song lyrics, designed for performing musicians. It enables management of a music library, synchronised broadcast to multiple devices (Master/Slave mode) and real-time display of sheet music during concerts.
Access to the Service requires an internet-connected device with a modern browser, the creation of an account associated with a unique "room" and a PIN code, and a valid subscription. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse access to any person, without justification.
The User is responsible for keeping their credentials (room, PIN) confidential. Any use of the Service with their credentials is deemed to have been carried out by the User. In the event of compromise, contact tech@maestro.ovh.
The User retains intellectual property rights over the content they create (scores, lyrics, setlists). The Publisher acquires no rights over this content. The User warrants that they hold the necessary rights over imported content and is solely responsible for compliance with copyright.
It is prohibited to use the Service for any illegal activity, broadcasting protected content without authorisation, attempting to access third-party accounts, disrupting the Service or using automated bots.
The Publisher endeavours to ensure maximum availability without obligation of result. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. The Publisher is not responsible for interruptions due to the User's network or third-party services.
The Publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, data may be exported on request within 30 days.
The LivebookPRO application, its source code, interface, logos and documentation are the exclusive property of David Vallet. Any reproduction or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid in the last 12 months. The Publisher recommends regular backups of the music library.
The ToS may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. The User will be required to accept the new ToS upon their next login.
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Caen Court of Appeal.

The Service uses local browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies. See the "Local Storage" section for details.
Payment is processed by Stripe (United States). This transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
This policy may be updated. In the event of a material change, the User will be notified by email or via the Service. The current version is always accessible from within the application.
